Why R Type?

The traditional high bay lights distribute light in a cone shape from top to bottom. For logistic industry, there are many racks installed in warehouses. Great portion of light is wasted on the top of racks. XLEDIA introduces new high bay lights applying advanced asymmetric lens designs to distribute light more effectively on the aisles, instead of wasting light on the top of racks, to save you more energy. These high bay lights are highly optimized for racked warhouses and the illumination of drive ways.

Feature

With special designed asymmetric lens, XLEDIA efficiently reduced the wasted light and re-focus light on the area desired. The luminaires on the left are the traditional LED high bay lights and XLEDIA X120N-R are on the right. The distance is 7 meter between luminaires and all luminaires on the left and right aisles are 120W/16600 lm at 10 m high. As shown, the X120N-R can provide better luminance and cover wider area and save you more money.
As shown, the X120N-R can easily reach 300 lx on ground at 10 high due to its special lens designs. The traditional one with same energy consumption and lumen can only reach 200 lx.
A warehouse which is 50 meters(164 feet) long and 10 meters(33 feet) high may need 10 mercury lights (500W), 5 meters(16.4 feet) between luminaries. If replace them by X120NR(120W), due to its wide range illumination, the distance between luminaries can be extended to 7 meters(23 feet), and you need only 7 pieces. That is extra 30% savings.
The figure below shows the illumination comparison of 500W mercury lamps and X120NR. The brightness in the yellow area is above 200 lx. 7 pcs of X120NR can perform as well as 10 pcs of 500W mercury lamps do. You can save 4,160W*.
